PROJECT TITLE: SHELVING & RACKING OF NDSO WAREHOUSE
The National Drug Service Organization (NDSO) is a Trading Account for the Ministry of Health in Lesotho. It is mandated to procure, store and distribute Medicines, Medical Supplies and Laboratory Consumables for the Health Institutions in Lesotho. NDSO was legally established through a gazette Supplement No.4 to Gazette No.19 of the 2nd March 2007. The Government Hospitals use their allocated funds for drugs, dressings and other allocations to buy the supplies from NDSO. These funds are used by NDSO to Procure Medicines, Medical Supplies and other Health Sector Goods from eligible Suppliers using the tendering method of procurements.
The National Drug Service Organization has made a special budget towards the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Shelves in its Warehouse based in Mafeteng Lesotho and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this budget towards payments under contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Shelves under Tender number NDSO/SHELVING/2018/05.
The National Drug Service Organisation now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of shelving that will conform to standard of SEMA and FEM storage system and handling equipment. For the purposes of this Bid invitation, eligible Bidders are defined as those Bidders who are registered in the Kingdom of Lesotho and the Republic of South Africa.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 00 (Six hundred Maloti only) on or before Friday 08th June, 2018.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Twenty Thousand Maloti which is equivalent to South African Rand. The Bid Security must be in form of a Bank Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee issued by a reputable bank. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1400 hours on 08th June, 2018. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 14:30 hours on the 08th June, 2018. NDSO shall not be liable for any bid not deposited in the tender box.
