Job Purpose

  • To provide analytical, research and administrative support to the Business Banking MANCO
  • To provide efficient and technically proficient administrative support functions to Business Banking
  • To support Head Business Banking,  Commercial and the Business Banking MANCO by enabling operational effectiveness of Business Banking

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Ensure quality and timely submissions of monthly governance reports (CE Reports and Centre Reports).
  • Track individual portfolios performance against plans and advise head Commercial on major deviations from the plan.
  • Liaise with Finance in tracking Subsegmental financial performance
  • Manage Business Banking systems access rights
  • Manage Business Banking Incidents reports to execution
  • Prepare and Submit external reports e.g. PCGF timeously
  • Analyze financials, MIS, incoming documentation (as required) and highlight key matters/issues/requirements to the   Business Banking MANCO members
  • Manage Business Banking risk profile including Know Your Customer (KYC)
  • Manage Revenue Collections (GBB & Establishment fees)

Preferred Qualification and Experience

  •  Degree in Commerce, Business Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years banking experience

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise

  • Strong analytical skills,
