TENDER 09/2019: Filing Station Services (Petrol, Diesel and Oil)
Introduction
1.1 Transaction/Financing. Population Services International (PSI) invites prospective Suppliers to compete for a Fixed Level 12 Months Contract with the possibility of extension to supply the following as applicable:
Supply PSI Lesotho vehicles with Petrol, Diesel and Engine Oil;
To submit to PSI Lesotho monthly statements and invoices for payment by the 5th of the following month;
To fill up petrol / diesel ONLY upon submission of an approved Petrol/Oil Requisition Form (Authorized by the appropriate official from PSI) by PSI Lesotho Driver;
To ensure that the Petrol/Oil Requisition form is filled up properly to reflect the PSI Vehicle Registration Number, kilometers at the time of filling, quantity of fuel supplied and total price charged;
It is the responsibility of the service provider to ensure that the right product (petrol; diesel and engine oil) is refilled;
To ensure that a signed copy of the Petrol/Oil Requisition form by both PSI Lesotho
Driver and the Petrol Attendant remains with the service provider to be submitted to PSI Lesotho along with invoices / bills for payment processing.
Please submit bids for the services specified per terms as described in Part II of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. IFB 09/2019. This is an urgent requirement, and bidders are strongly urged to offer within their quickest delivery dates.
