Job Purpose
- To provide professional claims service to all Bancassurance customers.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
• Handle all claims in the Motor & Non-Motor claims.
• Liaise with Insurers/clients in order to arrange prompt settlement of claims.
• Liaise with Customers, Relationship Managers, Customer Consultants, Contractors, Panelbeaters & Repairers.
• Attend to the administration of claims.
• Attend to proper filing of claims records
• Provide support to Customer Consultants
Preferred Qualification and Experience
- Bcom degree in Accounting, or Finance or equivalent related field.
- At least 3 (three) years short term insurance experience
- Experience in claims settlement will be an advantage.
- Experience working with a diversity of clients
