Tenders are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply and Delivery of Security services to BBGH or BBDHMT. Tender documents are obtainable from Botha Bothe Hospital Accounts office on or before 16th April 2021 during Office hours (from 9:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs) in the BBGH Accounts section from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS MANDANTORY, THE REQUIRED MANDATORY DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTACHED; FAILURE TO DO SO WILL LEAD TO THE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE TENDER.
Terms and Conditions of the tender
Refundable bid security of 1% of the bid price (Bank guaranteed cheque or a letter from accredited Financial Institution endorsed with a revenue stamp). Bidder must submit Original Tender Documents stamped with the supplier Stamp and BBGH Accounts Stamp. Bidders must attach valid certified copies of trader’s licence and tax clearance both certified at source.
Certificate of Bona- Fide with suppliers date stamp and signatures.
Tender documents price is M2000.00 which is non- refundable.
Sealed bids, Original and four copies of technical and financial proposal clearly marked “supply and Delivery of Security Services at BBGH or BBDHMT”. Tenders bearing no identification of the bidder should be deposited at the tender box situated at District Procurement unit Botha Bothe.
DICLAIMER
The ministry of Health also reserves the right to cancel the tenders before submission/opening of tenders or postpone the tenders with put assigning any reasons thereof. Botha Bothe District Procurement Unit is not bound to accept the lowest price or any bid.
