Job Title: Shop Supervisor

General Job Purpose
To oversee a team of staff members within a retail store, also responsible for ensuring that financial Objectives are met, and all aspects of the shop are always running smoothly.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor and the cashiers
– Make sure the pricing is correct
– Coach, counsel, discipline and train staff
– Maintain health and safety Measures and stores cleanliness
– Help, drive, motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
– Identify market trends that appeal to customers
– Ensure that promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards
Qualifications
– 2-3 years at senior relevant role
– Minimum of Diploma in Business Management/ Supply Chain Management or any other relevant qualification
