Position: ICT Support Technician
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or any relevant field.
OR
• A relevant Diploma with an extensive experience in ICT Support.
• Proven experience working in a technical support role, in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tearn.
• A valid driver’s license and sound driving skills.
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
