REVENUE SERVICES LESOTHO – The RSL is searching for experienced, passionate, energetic, and resilient Lesotho Citizens to occupy the positions below. DURATION – 18 MONTHS

POSITION: PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (1)

SUMMARY OF PURPOSE

To handle a wide range of administrative tasks that ensure the programs/projects run smoothly and efficiently e.g. project administration and logistical activities, project documentation, minutes taking, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Schedule Meetings, Appointments, etc.

➢ Maintain project Calendars and coordinate travel arrangements

➢ Establish and maintain project files, records, and

documentation.

➢ Ensure all project documents are accurately filed, versioned, and accessible to team members.

➢ Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

➢ Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project review sessions.

➢ Track project costs and expenditures, and report variances to the project manager.

➢ Assist in identifying and resolving resource constraints or conflicts

➢ Monitor risk mitigation activities and escalate critical issues to the project manager.

➢ Maintain risk and issue registers, and track actions to resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Project Management or related field.

PLUS Three (3) years’ experience as a project administrator, or similar.

– Experience with donor-funded Project Administration will be an added advantage.

Competences

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitaskand prioritise tasks effectively

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Proficiency in project management tools and software.
