POSITION: BUSINESS PROCESS ENGINEER

SUMMARY OF THE PURPOSE
To re-engineer, analyse and improve the business processes to deliver business and client value.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Support business process Owners in capturing,
analyzing and documenting their processes.
➢ Support business managers in developing business cases; analyzing benefits, impacts and costs, and undertaking an appraisal of options in relation to process improvement.
➢ Model business process flows and business rules.
➢ Design, plan and deliver business improvement and analysis projects / work packages, working with colleagues from across the organization.
➢ Utilize a structured approach and methodology to analyze the various business environments to identify problems and / or opportunities.
➢ Identify opportunities to radically improve work
processes, eliminate non-value process steps, and communicate opportunities to Operations departmental leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/ or Industrial Engineering.
PLUS Three (3) years’ relevant experience in business process engineering and supervising others or leading teams
