POSITION: HR OFFICER
PURPOSE/JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To provide support in various human resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for recruitment and on boarding processes.
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
• Coordinates employee training and seminars.
• Administer employee benefits schemes.
• Support day-to-day activities of the HR department.
• Implement succession and localisation planning.
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR monthly reports.
• Facilitate and participate in employee relations related meetings and attending to grievances.
• Accurate and timely input to payroll processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Previous experience in mining.
• Computer literacy (Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Driver’s licence
