Technical Communication Specialist: Ref: TCS
Career Opportunity
To provide technical support to the Chief, Corporate Communication (CCC) on the promotion of the brand equity of the Bank. This includes the promotion of the image and reputation of the Bank with a major focus on content development for multimedia platforms; development and review of communication frameworks; stakeholder engagement and management; brand management; public relations and marketing; drafting of speeches, publications, reports and technical advice to CCC, corporate social responsibility and investment, Events Management, and financial literacy.

The Candidate will be required to:
- Draft and review communication frameworks including policies, strategies, guidelines, and procedures aimed at promoting efficiency in the delivery of services within the Division.
- Administer and manage the Technical Specialist Section budget.
- Support the development/production of communication advocacy instruments and materials for awareness-raising campaigns including print, broadcast, interactive, and digital media using modern software.
- Oversee the production of written materials for publication and publicity such as newsletters, annual and other reports.
- Work with the Stakeholder Relations Specialist to develop content for digital platforms including webcasts, podcasts, and video animations/documentaries as per approved plans.
- Manage two-way messaging on the website, intranet, and social media platforms concerning stakeholder engagement and management.
- Work with SRS to promote effective coverage of the Bank’s events and ensure that records of such events’ materials are uploaded accordingly, shared, properly documented, and archived.
- Coordinate pre-production and production planning activities.
- Communicate technical information in simple terms and overseas field-based video production.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information on the website and other digital platforms of the Bank.
- Execute any other duties assigned by the supervisor to ensure responsive service delivery to stakeholders.

All candidates wishing to apply should have the above-stated behavioral competencies and any of the following minimum qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in any of the following: Marketing, Communications, and Management. With a minimum of five (5) years, three (3) of which at a senior managerial position.
- Proven knowledge in any of the following communication streams is a core prerequisite: marketing; stakeholder engagement and management; design and publications; content management; brand management; public relations, graphic and web design, video production, and photography.
