A client in the Legal services industry is looking for a female Office Administrator.

As an Office Administrator, she will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the office. she will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and supporting our team of legal professionals. This role will offer her the opportunity to be a key contributor to the firm’s success by maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities:
1. General Office Administration:
– Manage day-to-day office operations, ensure the smooth functioning of office activities, and maintain a professional and organised environment.

2. Reception Duties:
– Greet clients and visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence, ensuring excellent client service. 

3. Document Management:
– Organise and maintain legal documents, case files, and client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

4. Support Legal Staff:
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including typing legal documents, filing, and assisting with case preparation.

Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Requirements:
– Gender: Female
– Age: Not less than 30 years
– Stability and ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbally and in writing)
– Typing skills acquired at the high school level (Desirable)
– Work experience at the production level in factories is desirable.
– COSC holder
– Trainable and agile
