Seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse to provide essential medical services and support to our construction team. The Nurse will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of health care, managing medical emergencies and promoting overall health and safety within the project site.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Provide primary and emergency medical care to employees on site.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the health status of the workforce.
- Administer first aid, medications, and treatments as necessary.
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers for specialized medical services and referrals.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy working environment.
- Conduct health education and awareness sessions for employees.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage medical supplies and equipment inventory.

- Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Current nursing license and registration with relevant health authorities.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
