Paray School of Nursing seeks one (1) highly organised. Tutor. This officer will be responsible for all theoretical and clinical teaching tutorial of Nursing and Midwifery students.
ππππππ:
- Plans for academic/ tutorial sessions for students in various levels of the academic programme
- Liaises with educator, heads of programs and academic head regarding tutorial sessions.
- Implements and evaluates tutorial sessions for students.
- Promotes analytical communication skills.
- Engages in research studies.
- Responds efficiently and effectively to emergency and disaster situation to save lives and prevent disability.
ππππππ ππππππππ:
- Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery with minimum of two years clinical experience involving direct patient care.
OR
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery with minimum of two years clinical experience involving direct patient care. AND
- Must be a registered Nurse Midwife.
- Preceptorship training will be an added advantage.
- Past experience with teaching or learning where innovative strategies such as competency-based education, simulation or student clinical supervision will be an added advantage.

- Computer literacy
- eLearning experience either as a tutor or as a learner
- Innovative, analytic, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
- Experience of using competency-based approach in teaching and learning
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with faculty, students, and other hospital staff.
- Mature and decisive
- Ability to work under pressure and still produce quality work.
SALARY: Commensurate with qualification
