Position: Loan Consultant
JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role by providing expert advice on loan products and guiding clients through the loan application process. The candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client financial goals, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their financial needs and goals.
• Provide expert guidance on suitable loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their applications and address any queries they may have.
• Stay informed about the company’s loan products, interest rates, and lending policies
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies during the entire loan application process.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry, particularly in lending or banking.
• In-depth understanding of loan products, interest rates, and lending procedures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field.
