What you’ll do
To improve revenue, service delivery, build healthier relationships and customer experience for the NGO market.
Key Accountabilities
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Help promote and maintain a positive company image
Competencies
Fast learner and passion for sales
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Openness to criticism and ideas. Solicits feedback and reacts calmly to criticism or negative feedback
Qualifications and Experience
B. Comm Business Management or B. Comm Marketing and Management Science or Bachelors of Business Administration Degree.
At least 5 years customer service
