Position: Bartender
O Male or female.
O Previous experience in bartending required.
O Formal training in bartending, hospitality management or relevant field of study required.
O Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
O Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers positively.
O Knowledge of stock control, ordering supplies, and minimising waste.
O Ability to manage time efficiently, especially during busy periods.
O Ability to handle difficult situations, such and resolving disputes.
O Competence in handling money, operating a cash register, and processing card payments.
O Ability to work well with other staff members and contribute to a positive work environment.
