DRM / CALL-CENTRE AGENT
Location: Blue Ribbon t/a Lesotho Bakery
Reporting to: Manager: Sales Operations

Purpose of the job: To ensure that the DRM/CALL-CENTRE system performs optimally by playing a vital role of being a strategic link to our customers’ communication processes, committed to exceeding their expectations by managing customer information and processing of orders received from various sources.

Responsibilities:
▪ To ensure that Drivers and Vehicles are allocated correctly to enable daily route monitoring, driver debriefing and reporting on the planned vs. actual route adherence
▪ To analyse & report on operational and customer service trends
▪ Excellent customer: Always maintain relations and have a professional attitude. Ensure excellent and professional customer service – first call resolution including effective soft skills, telephone and e-mail etiquette but not limited to business writing.
▪ Communication & stakeholders Engagement: Assist other departments as needed on order specifications, additional needs, or special requirements.
▪ Operating guidelines: Obtain 100% call adherence to operating guidelines and standard procedure (quality, accuracy & behaviour)

Qualifications and Experience:
▪ COSC/Matric
▪ Min of 3 years Logistics Planning
▪ Sales & Marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Execution in an FMCG environment
▪ Geographic Information Systems

Essential:
1-2 years of previous work experience dealing with customers.
1-2 years of work experience in an FMCG/RETAIL environment

Desirable:
1-2 years exposure to the Call Centre/Telesales.
1-2 years of previous experience working on excel.

Competencies (knowledge, skills and attributes):Pressurised environment (Accuracy and time pressures)
24/7 operation, might be required to work weekends and Public Holiday’s
