CALL CENTRE OPERATOR (14 Positions) In the Customer Relations Division

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned positions. The positions will be on a three-year fixed term contract and are tenable at the Head Office in Maseru. The incumbents will be responsible to the Call Centre Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• A Diploma in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or related field OR A COSC and a minimum of 4 years previous Call Centre experience.
• Computer Literacy is highly essential.
• Fluent in both English and Sesotho.
• A customer-focused attitude.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Personal traits: self-motivated, disciplined, high integrity, patient and tolerant.
• Willingness to work outside normal working hours.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Receiving inbound calls
• Providing Over-the-Phone (OTP) assistance to customers
• Receiving and handling calls, emails, text messages or instant messages from customers
• Answering customers’ queries and address complaints
• Escalating complex queries to the Call Centre Supervisor
• Registering incoming calls and dispatch to relevant offices
• Following up on reported queries and provide feedback to customers
