CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE LLWDP II SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS, WORKS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES AND PLACEMENT OF FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS FOR COMMONLY USED ITEMS
RE-ADVERTISEMENT IN AMENDMENT OF THE ADVERTISEMENT THAT APPEARED ON PUBLIC EYE OF MAY 24, 2024
Issue Date: June 11, 2024 Closing Date: June 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM (CAT).
The Lesotho Lowland Water Development Project II (LLWDP) invites suitably registered service providers operating in The Kingdom of Lesotho to submit their proposals/bids for inclusion into the (LLWDP) supplier database. The Project is to prequalify vendors for the FYs 2024, 2025 and 2026 in accordance with Section 48(1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2023. Where Request for Quotation/Restricted Procurement method is used, at least three bidders will be selected from the Prequalified Vendor list. Vendors will be chosen on a rotational basis to give every bidder an opportunity to work with the project.
The Project will alo be placing Framework Contracts with Vendors for commonly used item in accordance with Section 67 of the Public Procurement Act of Lesotho, 2023. Framework contracts will be based on unit prices which are expected to remain fixed for a period of one (01) year.

4. SUBMlSSlON OF PROPOSALS
Submissions should be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked ;“PROPOSAL/BID FOR INCLUSION INTO SUPPLIER DATABASE”

The deadline for submission of Proposals/Bids is Wednesday, 12th June 2024 at 11:00 AM (CAT). Late, submissions will not be accepted.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF BIDS IS ACCEPTED. (However, Vendors who desire to submit their Bids/Proposals electronically should ensure that their documents are scanned into one single document. The document must be password-protected. Vendors will be required to share their passwords within fifteen (15) minutes after the deadline of submission of bids/proposals.
