Consultancy for: – Strategic Plan
Contract Duration- 60 days
Purpose of Consultancy
The proposed strategic plan aims at ensuring the Society identifies actions and resources that are needed to achieve its business purpose, and to align resources to optimal results. The document will revise the Society’s mission and vision, goals, and objectives in line with the organization’s legislated mandate.
Background
LESCOSAA is a multi-purpose collective management organization (CMO) established under the Copyright Order of 1989 to protect and promote the interests of the rights holders and ensure that they get fair rewards for the uses of their works, through collection and distribution of remuneration from such uses.
Qualifications and Experience
The consultant must hold a Master’s degree in business administration with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Or
Masters of Law, management plus a Certificate or post graduate Diploma in Strategic Management with a minimum of 7 years professional experience

- Deliverable 1: Environmental scan
- Deliverable 2: Strategic Plan Formulation

- Deliverable 4: Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
- Deliverable 5: Final report
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Suitably qualified Consultant must submit their proposals that should include the following:
- Expositions of their technical expertise and experience in similar assignments
- Approach and methodology, work plan, and timelines for undertaking and completing an assignment
- Financial proposal
- Provide references of relevant service carried out in the last three years
- CVs of key staff proposed to carry out the assignment
- Educational qualifi cations of key staff proposed to carry out the assignment
- Company Profile, registration documents, tax clearance.
