Invitation to Tender for Cleaning Services at LNDC Development Corporation

The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) invites sealed tenders from suitable bidders for provision of Cleaning Services at LNDC Development House Block A & B Maseru.
To be eligible for consideration, the bidder must be a locally registered and licensed cleaning service provider; demonstrate experience of at-least three (3) years in providing cleaning services to corporate, government ministries and agencies similar to LNDC;
Compulsory site visit shall be held on Thursday 18th of July 2024 at 10:30am at LNDC Development House Block A level 7 Audio visual Room.
Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the tender document by paying a non-refundable fee of One thousand five hundred Maloti (M1,500.00) at the Finance Office at LNDC Development House Block A level 6.
Bidders must submit one (1) hard copy and a USB flash drive containing the tender document in the tender box situated at the reception area at LNDC Development House Block A, level 1, on or before Thursday 8th of August 2024 at 10:00 am. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids will be opened publicly immediately thereafter.
All bids must be accompanied by valid Business Identification Card, tax clearance, company extracts and proof of authorized signatory.
The LNDC reserves the right to cancel the tender, reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The corporation is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
No legal person shall be awarded same insurance, works, and consultancy contracts involving the Corporation for more than two consecutive periods or a maximum of six (6) years
