Purpose: The purpose of this addendum is to communicate the changes in the bidding document arising from the requests for clarifications. Firms shall review the Addendum requirements in detail and incorporate any effects the Addendum may have in their submissions.
Note: Please take note of the following changes:
1.The Last date for responses to requests for clarifications has been changed from 25th June 2024 at 17:00hrs Zambia local time to 27th June 2024 at 17:00hrs Zambian time.
2.The bid submission deadline remains the same on 5th July 2024 before Midnight Zambia Local Time to be submitted via the link provided in the bidding document.
All bidders are kindly requested to take note of this change. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
