We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced consultant to collaborate with our institution to conduct a comprehensive graduate tracer study. This study aims to access and measure the outcome and impact of our nursing programs over a five- year period.
Our institution Paray School of Nursing takes pride in offering three distinguished programs: The Certificate in Nursing Assistant, Diploma in Nursing, and the Diploma in Midwifery. As Paray School of Nursing we are committed to ensuring the quality and efficacy of our programs, and thus the need to undertake graduate tracer study.
The selected consultant will work closely with the institution to craft a proposal outlining the methodology, scope, objectives, and key performance indicators for the key performance indicators for this tracer study. The proposal will serve as a roadmap to guide the execution of the study, and reporting mechanisms to be employed.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Design a comprehensive framework for the tracer study, encompassing all three nursing programs.
- Develop a detailed proposal highlighting the study’s objectives methodologies, data collection tools, and ethical considerations.
- Provide guidance on the selection of appropriate metrics and evaluation criteria to measure the outcomes and impact of our nursing programs.
- Advise on the effective strategies for data collection, analysis, and interpretation, ensuring the study’s validity and reliability.
- Assist in creating a roadmap for dissemination and utilization of study findings. for program enhancement and policy formulation
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in nursing education/ health sciences education
- Proven expertise in designing and executing graduate tracer studies within the realm of healthcare or nursing education.
- Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, research methodology, and data analysis relevant to educational program evaluation.
- Proficiency in assessing educational outcomes and impact measurement in diverse academic settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
