TENDER NOTICE
TENDER REF. NO MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND LAW TENDER NO 4 OF 2023/24
Tenders are invited from legally registered and suitably qualified Consulting companies and suppliers for Development of National Corrections Comprehensive Policy for Lesotho Correctional Service, to the Ministry of Justice and law.
Tender documents will be obtained from Procurement Office MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND LAW HEADQUARTERS, OPPOSITE LTDC, NEXT TO OLD PARLIAMENT, during office hours at a non-refundable fee of two thousand five hundred Maloti only (M2500.00) from Thursday 27th June 2024.
The Deadline for submission of tenders is 09th August 2024, at 10:00 hrs and documents shall be deposited in Tender box at Ministry of Justice and Law. The opening of tenders shall be the same day at 10:00am at the Ministry‘s boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. Bid Security shall be refundable amount of M100 000.00.
Sealed Tenders should be clearly marked, DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL CORRECTIONS COMPREHENSIVE POLICY FOR LESOTHO CORRECTIONAL SERVICE. All prices shall include 15% vat. LATE TENDERS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
