Informative Newspaper through BAM Media (Pty) Ltd is a media powerhouse, whose world-class coverage and networks connect brands to targeted audiences.
We are seeking an editorial intern residing in Lesotho, currently unemployed, and seeking to gain workplace experience to join our dynamic editorial team for Informative Newspaper Maseru.
The successful candidate will be required to do the following:
• Assist with fact-checking stories
• Assist with editorial tasks
• Assist in managing social media channels
• Attends events when required
• Other administrative tasks where relevant
Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in media studies, English and/or journalism
• Excellent writing, copy editing and organisational skills
• Able to work accurately under deadline pressure and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Proficiency in all major social media platforms
• Must be able to work odd hours and weekends
