What you’ll do

The Lead Business Analyst’s role is to review the annual proposed business requirements so as manage the requirements across Vodacom Lesotho ensuring successful project initiation and completion. This is achieved by using Agile methodologies in Business Analysis to ensure rapid results.

Key Accountabilities
Maintain business requirements repository
Prototype assessment & usability review for solutions.
High level understanding of network/solution architectures in order to advise business teams on the feasibility of their requirements.
For any given solution, understand which systems are involved as well as the interaction between each element.
Identify and lead Business Process improvement

Competencies
Business writing and requirements engineering
Experience managing the development life-cycle for agile software development projects
Knowledge of integrations, business process management and automation

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Science (or related IT/Engineering) degree
