What you’ll do

The RPA developer will work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. Lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs.
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and analyse business processes.
Design, develop, and test RPA bots using RPA tools such as UiPath.
Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in the development and deployment of RPA solutions
Provide training to end-users and support teams on the usage and maintenance of RPA solutions.
Competencies
Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or others.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) concepts
Strong knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
