POSITION: FOCAL PERSONS ×2
LOCATION: Leribe, preferably around Hlotse
• Coordination and Communication: facilitation of communication between team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
• Accountability and Reporting Accountable for the project’s outcomes and are required to provide regular updates and reports to partners, staff and senior management.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Motivation and Team Support
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Be an AGWY less than 25 years
• Grade 12/COSC/LGCSE Certificate or better
• Must be social media savvy
• Understand the best practices of main social media channels including Facebook, tiktok Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
• Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content as well as report writing
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an asset
• Understanding of communications, public relations and marketing best practices.
• Ability to hold effective public speaking
• A degree or diploma would be an added advantage.
• Be a member of BRB
