- Support underwriters with referral preparation and approval process.
- Support Underwriter in policy renewal process in cooperation with CSG and in line with SLA’s.
- Manage broker relationships from an underwriting standpoint -co ordinating approvals and utilise underwriting authority diligently to approve cases within limit. Also manage any service requests that come in from these brokers.
- Assist with research and development with respect to Profit Centre projects
- Conduct regular and periodic file reviews as required
- Respond to daily routine enquiries from internal and external sources.
- Make market visits as required.
- Adhere to SLA’s with Customer Service Group to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of agreed customer service standards.
Minimum requirement:
3 Year University Degree: BCom with Major in Information Systems or BSc information Systems
