We are looking for..

An up and coming, high energy marketing professional, with experience working in community-based organisations to support our go to market activity for B2B clients, growing accounts and data visualization network. The core function of the role is to implement the communications plan into actionable activities from end to end. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about social platforms and gets revved up about community interaction and collaboration.

You will love to work with cross-functional teams in an agile way, you will be curious to understand the intricacies of each subject matter expert where you will have the opportunity to learn fascinating depth along the way, excited to collaborate with some of the World’s most talented data visualisation experts in the network and have a knack for spotting creative opportunities in order to fulfil infogr8’s Data for Everyone® promise.

Background and skills

  • Prior experience in a fast moving marketing/communications department or agency.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills for a global audience.
  • Hands on with some exposure to Account based marketing (ABM), content marketing and social strategy having developed campaign plans and implemented activity end to end.
  • You will have strong planning abilities, prioritisation and attention to detail (you know what good looks like).
  • Meticulous attention to detail, able to confidently take outlines from core members and flesh out detail with minimal guidance.
  • Exposure across the information design and data visualisation community, having a genuine interest in the discipline and its wide reaching use cases. 
  • Strong reporting skills, able to monitor and pinpoint what is working and lessons learned succinctly without getting lost in the details.
  • A proactive, high energy individual with bags of self-motivation and initiative.

Responsibilities 

  • Create awareness Implement a consistent rhythm of targeted content across infogr8’s owned, earned and paid channels to demonstrate infogr8’s unique proposition, offering and value cases in a compelling way. Develop mutual partnerships and press capability to bring wider market visibility, open up opportunities for niche titles and trade media through a thought leadership lens.
  • Build community – As an active listener, you will be naturally curious and enthusiastic listening into conversations, asking questions and finding ways to help solve the data visualisation community needs.  You will be running smart initiatives, sometimes on a direct one to one level ensuring our future distributed network has a great experience from the moment you first interact to the moment they gain value as an extended member of our core team. You will have a keen eye to recommend specialised talent and partners that strengthen our unique offering and ensure everything delivers to our Data for Everyone® promise.
  • Support account growth  You will proactively lead the editorial calendar, naturally relishing the idea of delivering functional added value to our clients through empathy and purpose.  You will be responsible for leading bi-weekly briefings with the core team, bringing stimulus to catalyse creative ideas and content opportunities as well as help coordinate outlines into solutions that see the light of day.
