Head of DataRight now, we are hiring an experienced Head of Data to help us reshape our BI system and data warehouse, providing increasingly powerful insights to each business owner.
Successful candidates may advance to leading the data team in further enhancing insights for the entire company.
Responsibilities
- Own the data warehouse and BI system and upgrade their architecture to maintain data integrity and data accuracy;
- Build and iterate on our data warehouse’s ability to support multiple business lines;
- Upgrade our internal BI system to support the data growth and analytics requirements of our core business lines;
- Collaborate with multiple business owners and product managers to build data analytics reports;
- Work with our team of data engineers to pull data from multiple ad networks, payment channels, and UA vendors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of programming experience with Python, Java, or Go.
- Familiarity with AWS Redshift, QuickSight, Data Lake, Apache Superset, and other Big Data or BI-related frameworks and tools.
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role requiring the development and application of analytical algorithms and methods, preferably with a view of driving and enhancing data systems and streamlining business processes.
- 2+ years of team leader experience. Ability to effectively assign and prioritize tasks.
- Strong ability to communicate and present your ideas. You’ll be working with colleagues and clients in multiple countries and must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively.
