Mission: Excellent and transferrable operations
Mission description: Business units need excellent and transferrable operations to make clients and teammates consistently successful.

Main performance number: Checklist score
Second performance number: OKR automated
Third performance number: Team health

Functions:

• Manage processes: Right people to the right places with well-defined roles and tools.
• Manage talent: Hire, replace, onboard (score, rate).
• Define processes and roles: Up-to-date unit Workflow (BPMN, Miro), Checklists, and ClickUp tasks.
• OKRs Meritocracy: Bonuses are real-time calculated from OKRs and shown on Role pages.
• Reporting: Dashboards are up-to-date and ready to report on operations to make managers accountable.

Requirement skills and experience:

• 3+ years in operations automation of high pace tech company.
• Experience in at least 3 of 6: Crypto, Fintech grown-up, OKRs implementation, BPMN/ERP, Big3 BIG4, Agile IT management.
• High pace robust self-starting performer under the pressure of IPO aimed crypto capital markets grown up.
• Motivated to get to IPO with stock options vested.
• As a plus: Alumni MIPT, ITMO, NES
