Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
• Administer performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and foster employee engagement.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
