International Consultants of Delaware (ICD), a charter member of the National Association of Credentials evaluation Services (NACESĀ®) is a globally recognized expert in credentials evaluation for education, employment, immigration, licensure and certification.
The International Credentials Analyst reviews and evaluates the credentials of applicants for all International Consultants of Delaware (ICD) programs.

Essential Functions

  • Critically evaluates documents and supporting materials of applications; ensures completeness and authenticity of credentials/records; prepares all levels of ICD reports.
  • Develop thorough understanding of educational systems.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders that will foster good working relationships and outcomes.
  • Prepares correspondences as assigned for applicants, schools, professional healthcare boards and others that are comprehensive and accurate.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/virtual environment.
  • Participates in special projects departmentally and interdepartmentally.
  • Represents the organization at conferences.
  • Any other duties applicable to the position

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate degree required. Baccalaureate degree with major in international affairs, international relations, political science, foreign languages, or comparative education preferred.
  • One year of full-time work experience in international education credentials evaluation or academic admissions preferred.
  • Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word required.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language preferred.
