To be responsible for managing the countryโ€™s operations functions, day to day operational design and activities, processes and procedures documentation and standardization of Operating Model Roles.

To oversee country corporate real estate planning, office build outs, implementation and operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง

A university degree in Commerce/Information Systems or related field.

๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž

โ€ข 7 yearsโ€™ experience in Operations, Project Management or related area of work.

โ€ข 3 years of experience in process automation and mapping.

โ€ข Strong understanding and application of agile methodologies.

๐‚๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ

โ€ข SAFe Agile certification will be an added advantage.

โ€ข Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.

โ€ข Knowledge of facilities management, maintenance, and environmental services.

โ€ข Working knowledge of financial data, budgets and variance analysis.

โ€ข Organizational and supervisory skills.

โ€ข Excellent negotiation skills.

โ€ข Project management experience required with ability to multi-task with high volume throughput.

โ€ข Implements operational procedures and processes according to expectations and goals set to improve customer service and enhance staff productivity.

โ€ข Ensure continuous improvement by championing service improvement plans.

โ€ข Monitors adherence to operations policies and procedures.

โ€ข Monitors customer service management and provide monthly customer feedback reports.

โ€ข Performs internal control routines on all core processes that improve internal controls to minimize operational losses.

โ€ข Implements Business Continuity Management plans across the Subsidiary and Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) issues to address pandemic or any major disruptive event.

โ€ข Implements an appropriate health and safety structure within the Subsidiary to enable the routine monitoring, evaluation and prompt reporting of health and safety issues to the appropriate forum.

โ€ข Implements and ensure country projects are within set timelines, on budget, and in agreement with procedures and methodologies.

โ€ข Manage the Back Office Operations team in ensuring all transactions are processed promptly and accurately.

โ€ข Gathers and analyses all relevant information (including market demographics and competitive factors) to determine a prospective location’s suitable for the subsidiary.

โ€ข Implements the property and building standards associated with the “look and feel” of buildings such as, amongst others, signage, use of posters, ablution facilities, offices and parking.

โ€ข Negotiates Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Continuous Improvement efficiencies on behalf of the subsidiary.

โ€ข Coordinates the execution of all construction-related documentation, including, but not limited to, letters of intent, leases, commission agreements, and tenant allowance agreements.

โ€ข Attends to day to day maintenance issues and action where necessary.
