Background
Fiesta Carwash, Restaurant, and Bar is looking to enhance their customer experience by offering a photo booth and branded DJ table at their establishment. We are seeking a supplier to provide and set up the necessary equipment for the photo booth and branded DJ table.
Objectives
The main objective of this project is to provide customers with a fun and interactive experience while they visit Fiesta Carwash. The photo booth and branded DJ table should be eye-catching and Instagram-worthy, encouraging customers to share their experiences on social media. Regular communication between Fiesta and Supplier will be essential throughout the project to ensure that the photo booth and branded DJ table meet the client’s expectations. The supplier must provide updates on the progress of the project and address any concerns or feedback from the client.
Scope of Work
The supplier is responsible for providing a photo booth with customization options, including branded overlays or props. The supplier must also provide a branded DJ table that matches the aesthetic of the establishment.
Deliverables

Timeline
The supplier is expected to deliver and set up the photo booth and branded DJ table within 4 weeks of the agreement being signed.
Budget
Fiesta has allocated a budget of M15,000.00 for the photo booth and branded DJ table supplier. The supplier must provide a detailed breakdown of costs including equipment rental, customization, and delivery fees.
Evaluation
Fiesta will evaluate the success of the project based on customer feedback, social media engagement, and overall customer experience. The supplier will also be evaluated on their ability to deliver high-quality products and services within the agreed timeline and budget.
