Reporting to the Branch Manager Mohaleโ€™s Hoek, the Relationship Officer will attract, acquire and retain clients by selling Letshego products to generate new business and to provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.

A university degree in Commercial areas.

๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or as Sales Agent/Representative.

๐Š๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ž๐๐ ๐ž

โ€ข Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

โ€ข Excellent knowledge of loan application processes, eco-system and systems.

โ€ข Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build business professional relationships.

โ€ข Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Sales.

โ€ข Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

โ€ข Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

โ€ข Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

โ€ข To sell the company products and services, as assigned to you.

โ€ข To receive and process loan applications from walk in clients and all clients.

โ€ข To act as a liaison between the customer and the Company, providing excellent customer service to the customer at all times.

โ€ข To assist the customer with completion of relevant Company documentation and collation of necessary supporting documents.

โ€ข To achieve or exceed the minimum monthly targets.

โ€ข To support the Company in some of its marketing activations and public outreach activities meant to create awareness about products and services as may be required from time to time.

โ€ข To refer new employer schemes business to the Company where such opportunities have been identified in furtherance of common objectives between you and the Company.
