PURPOSE OF POSITION
Lima-Thaha JV is providing resettlement planning and implementation services on Phase II of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project in Mokhotlong District. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to join the Construction Supervision Team in the position below.

Qualifications
Must have a minimum BTech degree in civil engineering.
Minimum accredited registration as Professional Engineering Technologist (ECSA, or approved equivalent).
Valid Driver’s license.
Experience
- Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years post graduate experience in Civil Engineering Works, including rural water, roads and stormwater.
- Must have at least ten (10) years’ experience as Resident Engineer on Civil Engineering projects.
- Must have at least five (5) years’ proven experience in FIDIC contracts.
- Construction experience in a resettlement/housing context will be an added advantage.
- Specific tasks include:
- Lead Construction Supervision team on site.
- Liaise with other consultants and local bodies.
- Must be willing to work full time on site.
