We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We are a fun, collaborative, hard-working group that manages several social media channels while maintaining brand integrity.
Primary Tasks:
- Play an integral role in our dynamic team of creative, strategic thinkers to grow our brands through social channels
- Ensure timely distribution of news and engagement content to our readers
- Post content to multiple social platforms throughout the day while also managing individual projects
- Interact with readers and followers through comments and messages in a professional manner that also aligns with brand voice
- Track and utilize analytics/metrics for our platforms to continue to build our contents’ reach, engagement, link clicks, and more
- Contribute to strategic decisions involving brand awareness
Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience with multiple social media platforms
- Degree in Media or Marketing related field, preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Motivation for personal and team success with the ability to look for data-driven results
- Must have some Disney knowledge
- Exhibit creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable about Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs Suite is preferred
