Tender Document: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COSTRUCTION MATERIAL FOR DRAINAGE STRUCTURES.
INVITATION TO TENDER NO: TTDC/MOLGCPHA/2/2024/2025
The Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship, Police and Home Affairs (MoLGCPHA) – Thaba-Tseka District Council has received funds from the Government of Lesotho and intends to apply these funds for the Construction of Drainage Structures at Pontseng- Bobete-Leruo, Mateu- Methalaneng and Mokoto ‘Matsaile .
Thaba-Tseka District Council therefore invites tenders from respectable hardwares or relevant suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Material for Drainage Structures.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid Trading Licence
2. Valid Tax Clearance
3. Bid Security of 2% of the bid price
Tender documents are available at Thaba-Tseka District Council, opposite Education Offices (Procurement Unit) at a non-refundable fee of M2, 500.00 only payable at Urban Council Accounts Office. Issued payment receipt from Accounts Office should be shown to the Procurement Office when collecting the tender document.
All tenders bearing no identification of the bidder must be submitted in the tender box at Thaba-Tseka District Council Office opposite Education Offices. All bids must be submitted in one large envelope (1) original and four (4) copies marked Supply and Delivery of Construction Material for Drainage Structures No. TTDC/MOLGCPHA/2/ 2024/2025 on or before 10:00 am on the 01ST August 2024. Bids shall be opened the same day at 10:30hrs
