Invitation to Tender LEC/ PO-927/2019/20
The Lesotho Electricity Company (Pty) Ltd (LEC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, suppliers for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLES FOR LESOTHO ELECTRICITY COMPANY (PTY) LTD on the following terms and conditions:
1.A copy of tender document shall be available at a non-refundable price of M200.00 per copy to prospective Tenderers.
2. The bids shall be based on supply of vehicles to LEC as required.
3. The successful Bidder shall be expected to enter into a Contract Agreement with LEC.
4. Sealed bids marked “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NEW VEHICLES” shall be deposited in the tender box located at LEC Management office block on or before 10th October, 2019 at 14:15hrs for opening on the same day, immediately following its closure.
5. The LEC does not bind itself to accept the lowest nor assign any reason for the acceptance or rejection of any tender.
6. Bidders are warned that any amendments, additions, omissions or qualifications to this form may invalidate the tender.
7. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered
8. All products must be of internationally approved standards.
Tendering companies should have the following documents
• Company Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Traders’ License
