Position: Technician
Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair
• Conduct tests to ensure that equipment or systems are functioning correctly
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventories
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users or customers
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Prepare job estimates and invoices
• Market services and products to potential clients and ensuring that sales targets are met
• Plan upcoming jobs and projects
• Determine quality control standards
• Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
• Technical knowledge in electrical and electronics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Carefully observe, review, and verify work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Effectively prioritize tasks, allocate time appropriately, and meet targets
• Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs and expectations of customers or clients.
• Resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
