CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE SUPERVISION OF TOLL SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION
The Road Fund Secretariat invites proposals from suitably qualified local and international companies for the provision of consultancy services to supervise the implementation of Toll System solution.
Scope of the assignment:
The consultancy services entail assisting the Road Fund with leading the requirements definition and the design of the Toll System. The consultant is also required to engage and supervise the contractor in implementing the solution according to the specifications and contract requirements.
The full scope of the work and detailed requirements are contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP) document. The document shall be available on the Road Fund website at www.roadfund.org.ls on or before 25th July 2024.
Tendering requirements:
Bidders are expected to adhere to the following requirements:
- Bidders should be compliant with their tax obligations, hence a valid Company Tax Clearance or equivalent must be submitted;
- Proof of company and/or organisational existence by registration;
- A copy of a valid Trader’s Licence or equivalent must be submitted;
- There shall be a compulsory Pre-bid meeting on Thursday, 8th August 2024, at 10:00hrs at Road Fund Offices.
- Sealed bids clearly marked “Tender for Consultancy Services for the supervision of Toll System Implementation” bearing no identification of the Company should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of the Road Fund Offices on or before 13:00hrs on the 22nd August 2024. A public tender opening shall be on the same date at 14:00hrs in the Road Fund Boardroom for those who choose to attend.
