POSITIONS: VILLAGE FIELD AGENTS ×54
The Village Agents will be responsible for facilitating village/community level activities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, individuals and groups, ensuring effective community/village level reporting and contributing to monitoring and evaluation efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Facilitate Social Behavior change engagements with individual members and interest groups (IGs)
– Facilitate conversations/feedback between Regeneration coalitions (RCs) and interest groups
– Support village level IGs to draft and develop constitution
– Support Envisioning process for IGs
– Facilitate participatory community appraisal
– Facilitate capacity assessment for IGs and RC to inform graduation
– Develop prioritized capacity development plan for IGs and RCs
– Support development of RCs terms of refernces
– Liase with community leaders
– Collect Data and report on the progress made by IGs abd RCs
ATTRIBUTES
– Minimum qualification COSC/LGCSE
– Have experience working with communities (Community Work)
– Possess facilitation skills
– Be a person of good community repute
– Fluency in Sesotho and Local languages (both spoken and written) is required
– Be from target villages
– Be willing and able to travel within target villages
